Corporate classes
A ‘yoga break’ improves focus, reduces stress, and helps counteract the physical effects of long hours behind a desk.
It’s also a beautiful moment of connection — with yourself and your colleagues.
Private classes
Book a class for yourself, friends, or family — tailored to exactly what’s needed in the moment.
The location is flexible and arranged together.
Let’s connect and explore what suits you best.
Why yoga?
Do you ever feel like you’re living from the neck up — your mind full, unable to connect to your body? Perhaps in Savasana, instead of stillness, you find yourself writing invisible to-do lists in your mind.
Or maybe… you’re simply curious about the relaxing blend of music, sound healing, and yoga.
In my Hatha, Vinyasa, and Bhakti classes, mindfulness and alignment are at the heart.
Think of it as a personal journey of discovery through your own body. Everyone is unique — and all bodies are welcome.

Class styles
Hatha
Hatha Yoga is an accessible form of yoga that focuses on breath, alignment, and mindful awareness.
By holding postures a little longer, you build strength, flexibility, and inner calm.
It’s suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners who wish to deepen and strengthen their foundation.
In Hatha & Sound, each class concludes with a soothing Sound Journey.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and energizing style of yoga where breath and movement merge in a fluid flow.
This practice cultivates strength, flexibility, and balance —
and can also be experienced as a moving meditation.
Bhakti
Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of the heart — a gentle flow where music, movement, and devotion come together.
Traditionally, this path is about devotion to something greater than yourself.
Through affirmations, song, and mantra, we connect with the theme of the practice.
Expect simple yoga flows, live music, and shared singing to close the class
